Description

  • 132cm. high, 67cm. diameter; 4ft.4in., 2ft.2¼in.
with a lambrequin cresting above a kidney-shaped reserve and an oval plate within a cushion-moulded frame with elliptical reserves decorated with flowers and rinceaux, the apron centred by a similarly inlaid and painted medallion, amongst scrolls and foliage

Condition

Colours more vibrant and attractive than in the catalogue photograph. Old minor restorations to carved sections where there have been previous breaks which have been well executed. Old minor marks, chips and scratches commensurate with age. Old hairline construction cracks which have been filled in the past and several other hairline cracks which can either be left or easily filled and are commensurate with age and normal usage. Some minor retouching to decoration. In overall good conserved condition.
