Description
each with an outward scrolled padded back with ribbed baluster freestanding top-rail, above a bowed padded seat, the seat-rail carved with a wreath enclosing the letter `M' flanked by husks, on lotus leaf carved paw front feet and sabre back legs, on castors; one seat-rail with variation in the carving
Condition
Colour of gilding less green more golden and attractive than in the catalogue photograph. Old minor marks, chips and scratches commensurate with age. Gilding refreshed. Attractive detail to carving. Joints sound and sturdy. In overall good conserved condition.
