Description

  • 20cm. high, 18.5cm. wide, 11cm. deep; 8in., 7¼in., 4½in.
each with a shaped top above a pierced tapering bracket centred by a double stylised scallopshell and carved with scrolls

Condition

PVV check MF THINKS MAYBE 19TH CGilding slightly darker and more attractive than in the catalogue illustration. These have been re-gilt and re-gessoed. Evidence of old minor worm as visible from the photograph, which seems to be no longer active. Attractive detail to carving. Tops have not been regilded. Some very minor surface dirt which can easily be cleaned off. A good number, in overall good conserved condition.
