Condition

Colour of wood less orange and gilt-bronze mounts less greenish and much more attractive than in the catalogue illustration. Very attractive detail to casting on mounts. Interesting mechanism. Some hairline construction cracks across the top which have been well restored and are hardly noticeable. The top is slightly more faded than the rest, but can be repolished according to taste. In overall good conserved condition.
