Description

the outscrolled back with a freestanding double baluster stretcher above a rectangular open back the splat with four 'x'-form stretchers centred by a patera above reeded arms and bowed padded seat on turned tapering front legs and rear sabre legs, the inside of the seat-rail incised with a heart and with illegible letters

Condition

Colour far less orange and more natural than in the catalogue photo. Joints sound and sturdy. The stamp has been emphasised in black ink. The back is a little more faded than the rest and would benefit from a repolish according to taste. In overall good condition.
