Description

  • 90cm. high, 127cm. wide, 51cm. deep; 2ft.11½in., 4ft.1½in, 1ft.7½in.
with a serpentine painted top above a pierced frieze and pierced sides, on cabriole legs terminating in scroll feet, the whole carved with foliage, rocaille and scrolls

Condition

The front left leg is slightly loose and needs securing. There have been old minor restorations generally to the carving and to the right leg. The side frieze on left side looks like a later replacement but has been well carved and is not too noticeable. Old minor marks, chips and scratches to the faux mabre top. Attractive detail to carving. Some refreshment to painting on the top. In overall good conserved conditon.
