Condition fair. Front and rear boards detached, spine missing but binding intact - 90 folios. 4 folios detached and 1 cut out and re-inserted loose. Both scrapbook pages and attached photographs, sketches and other material variously slightly faded and/or stained; small tears throughout, esp. at edges. 24 pages/documents inserted loose: photographs, genealogical/historical texts, press cuttings, etc.
