Description

  • height of vase and cover 6 5/8 in.
  • 16.8 cm
each painted with a fisherman seated on a riverbank in a mountainous landscape, comprising: three baluster vases and covers and two beaker vases. Minor restoration.

Condition

Baluster vases: two have restoration around at least 1/2 of the neck; one is restored around the entire rim. Beaker vases: one as a very minor 1/8-in. rim chip; one has a 2-in. portion of the rim restored. Covers: One is good; the other two have some minor restoration to the rim edges. All the restoration is extremely well done and, while it is not possible to determine the full extent of the damage it conceals, it is probably just minor rim chips and/or short haircracks.
