Description
comprising: a small tureen and cover painted with floral sprays; a pair of bowls painted with flowers and pierced rockwork within a fenced garden; a set of six dinner plates painted with flowers within a ruyi-panelled border, and a set of nine soup plates painted with bamboo, flowers and pierced rockwork within a fenced garden. Some restoration. 19 pieces.
Condition
Each bowl has a 1½-inch vertical haircrack running from the edge of the rim into the bowl. One plate has a haircrack running across the foot rim. A dinner plate has a tiny shallow chip on the underside of the rim. Two soup plates have a single tiny shallow chip on the underside of the rim. Another soup plate has three very tiny minor shallow chips on the underside of the rim. Another soup plate has a restored shallow 1-inch by ¼-inch chip on the underside of the rim. Another soup plate has a tiny restored shallow 1/8-inch chip on the edge of the rim. Another soup plate has a wedge shape restored section of approximately 4 inches in length running along the rim and becoming narrow at the base of the cavetto, which has been extensively oversprayed. Another soup plate has a wedge shape restored section of approximately 6-inches in length running along the rim and becoming narrow at the base of the cavetto, which has been extensively over sprayed. The same soup plate has a ¼-inch thin shallow chip on the underside of the rim.
