comprising: Coffee Pot, Creamer, Sugar Bowl, each tapered cylindrical on waved circular feet, the lightly hammered surfaces chased with panels enclosing pendant berries and foliage, engraved with monogram JER in tree branch script, gilt interiors, marked on bases, coffee pot coded I/BD, creamer NQM, sugar bowl NQL, all with English import marks for Birmingham, 1908-9 near upper rims

Catalogue Note
Gorham's records indicate that coffee pot was made by silversmith C. Uhde and then chased by George Joseph Enzinger. The raising was accomplished in 56 hours and the chasing in 46 hours. Pot I/BD was completed on 21 November 1905. The creamer and sugar were completed a few years later on 6 January 1909. Both pieces were made by Howard Tromens and chased by Jean B. Serman. The creamer was raised in 30 hours and then chased for an additional 24 hours. The sugar bowl was made in 22 hours and chased in 24 hours. At the time of completion the net factory price for all three pieces was $237.
