the full-length, small scaled figure in feathered headress, fringed costume holding blocks of tobacco, cigars and rose, standing on a wheeled pedestal base.  Restorations to paint and nose.

please note that the Fine Carved and Painted Cigar Store Indian Princess is attributed to Samuel Robb, New York, circa 1880; as well, it has additional provenance information: the Estate of Robert Dunn, the Haffenreffer Collection of Cigar Store Indians, Parke-Bernet Galleries, Inc., Sale 1668, April 11, 1956, Lot 11; please also note the revised estimate is $20,000 - 40,000; the nose has been restored and there are cracks, splits, and repaint all consistent with use and age
