Parallèle à la base, la longue assise en forme de rectangle - dont les lignes se resserrent aux extrémités - est supportée par quatre larges pieds arqués. La surface est entièrement gravée en champlevé de lignes serrées en chevrons,  la partie centrale de l'assise réservée. Très belle patine d'usage, profonde, nuancée, brun rouge.
