the ovoid body of opaline glass, the lid and collar with translucent green and opaque white enamel ornament set with faceted and cabochon amethysts, unmarked, ink inventory number '438'

Condition

This is a flashy, well-made and interesting object. Small areas of loss to green translucent enamel. Stopper lacking.
