Description
- 116cm. high, 250cm. wide, 59cm. deep; 3ft.9¼in., 8ft.2in., 1ft.10¾in.
with a rectangular moulded top above three long and four short drawers with lobed and gadrooned handles above a band of guilloche, above three doors, two applied with a raised circular bosses, the central one with a coat of arms probably of Fenaroli, of Brescia, enclosing a shelf and interposed by stop-fluted pilasters with Ionic capitals above a gadrooned apron on paw front feet and bracket rear feet; restorations
Condition
Old marks, chips and scratches generally, commensurate with age. There are patches to the top generally with a large rectangular patch to the front left corner and a triangular one to the rear right. Several of the mouldings have been replaced. Some of the drawers have been relined. There are cracks generally as visible from the catalogue photograph. There is a vertical crack down the central door which shows evidence of previous restoration which is opening up again and may well need attention. The door on the right is quite warped. The rear feet have been re-blocked and are replacements. In overall good restored condition. Good size.
