with pastiglia decoration, repairs and losses

Condition

Of attractive, aged and worn appearance but with some losses. The gilding throughout is tarnished and with some repairs, dents, and 'touched-in' stain. The cornice with indications of repairs and a fragmented section 8cm (3in) long. Some slight marks to mirror plate. The top of the plinth section has a fragmented corner and there is a pronounced loss of gilding on the base moulding.
