- 116cm. high, 148cm. wide, 46cm. deep; 3ft. 5¼in., 3ft. 9¾in., 1ft. 5¾in.
of canted form, the moulded top above one long and two short drawers and a pair of cupboard doors with a door in each side enclosing a later shelf, the whole applied with raised rectangular bosses with demi-lune ends within recessed tablets with concave corners, on a platform base; restorations
Condition
Colour slightly darker overall, more natural and attractive than in the catalogue photograph. Old restored crack across the top and added piece along rear edge. Old minor marks, chips and scratches and insect damage which appears to be no longer active. Horizontal crack across right panel of the drawer and a minor losses to veneer on right side border, as visible from photograph. Lockplate missing and escutcheon filled. Old restored vertical construction crack down each door which has been well executed. Insect damage to rear edge left side and rear edge right side with a vertical piece added and a small section of frieze moulding added to same side. The central vertical section between the doors has an added vertical piece on each side and a later clasp. In otherwise good restored condition. Good quality credenza. Smart piece.
