- 11.5cm. high.
4.5-cm dial with Roman numerals and finely foliate engraved centre signed Bargel 48 Rue du Fg St Honore Paris, blued hands and similar alarm subsidiary below, movement with ratchet tooth platform escapement, trip repeating quarter striking on two gongs, alarm on a gong, leather covered hump back case with silver mounts surmounted by a repeating button and raised on bun feet, together with a matching travel case
Condition
dial of good quality a little tarnished but in original condition, movement able to function and complete, petite sonnerie striking when running and grande sonnerie when repeating, three unidentified plugged holes in the backplate possibly from a removed bell of the alarm, case in original condition, slight rubbing to the leather, one back screw loose but with the clock, travel casein good original condition, together with a winder and travel case
