Description

  • crossed swords mark in underglaze-blue, incised number 2172 and E.129, various impressed numbers
  • clock: 27cm. high.
comprising: a clock applied with figures allegorical of the four Seasons, a flower encrusted tripod pedestal on scrolled feet, and two figural four-light candelabra each modelled with a pair of putti

Condition

In overall good condition with some small chips, especially to the floral and foliate encrustation, left foot of putto allegorical for Autumn damaged. Both central nozzles to candelabra restored. One candelabrum with both putti each with one arm restored. One drip-pan to the candlearms restored and partly overpainted.
