  • clock 53.5cm. high, urns 42cm. high.
10.5-cm ormolu relief dial with pierced centre and enamel cartouche Arabic numerals, Breguet hands, countwheel bell striking anchor movement with silk suspended pendulum, finely cast and chiseled ormolu lyre-shaped case surmounted by Homer's mask flanked by two swans heads holding a garland, crisp classical relief throughout, verde antico base with applied mounts and acanthus moulded ormolu plinth raised on engraved turned feet, together with two non-matching ormolu and bronze urns with applied mounts raised on stepped moulded bases

dial in original condition, just a little dirty, cartouche numerals in good order, hands good, movement able to function but might benefit from a clean, case of very good quality bronze and gilding in very good condition, gilding intact marble with a few minor rim chips (nothing major or disturbing, urns in good condition with both gilding and patina fine,together with a winder and pendulum
