Condition
In overall reasonably good condition, with the inevitable minor dents, marks and scratches due to age and use, minor restorations, hairline cracks and a few losses to the veneer, with nice Brèche d'Alep marble top.

François Garnier (died 1774) received Master in 1742.
He was the father of the ébéniste Pierre Garnier. Apart from the fact that he lived and worked in the rue du Faubourg Saint-Antoine, very few information is available on the life of this maker.
