Description

  • 114cm. high, 117cm. wide, 52.5cm. deep.
overall inlaid with trailing flowers, the hinged slope with two panels depicting a figure on chariot, enclosing a fitted interior with two drawers and two doors opening to six further drawers, the sides with central figure within an arch, on shaped feet

Condition

Overall in reasonably good condition. Minor traces of old woodworm, overall with minor losses and restorations to inlay and veneer, minor copper and brass inlaid banding partly loose, minor loose veneer part, sloping flap with two horizontal shrinkage cracks and left side with two and right door with one vertical shrinkage crack. Overall with dents, marks and scratches due to age and use. Nice recommendable piece with nice old patina.
