Condition
Manual winding movement running and chronograph functions are operating while cataloguing. Dial is clean and looks great. Case is scuffed throughout. Overall a very attractive example of the model. Serial number 2623156, between the lugs 6262, inside case back 6239.

From the late 1960s, Rolex offered optional special dials, known as 'exotic' dials, for their Cosmograph Daytona models. The Daytona models were named after the Daytona car race which is an intense 24-hour competition. These dials were produced in smaller numbers and consequently are harder to find today.
