Condition

The movement is running at the time of cataloguing. The dial has signs of age with tarnishing to the batons and along the bottom of the dial below the subsidiary seconds. The case has some light scuffs but is in overall good condition with well defined hallmarks.

Catalogue Note

Accompanied by an Extract from the Archives confirming production with pink dial in 1944 and sale on February 19th, 1945. Production of ref. 1450 began in 1940 and continued until about 1960. This model is often referred to as the 'Top Hat' due to the shape of its lugs.
