29-cm engraved silvered dial calibrated for seconds enclosing subsidiaries for minutes and hours signed Otto Becker Berlin SW68, weight driven movement with screwed down tapered spotted plates, deadbeat escapement with adjustable pallets and maintaining power separately roller suspended Strasser & Rohde type nickel steel pendulum with calibrated regulation nut, regulation tray, barometric compensation and beat adjustment to the crutch, rectangular stepped mahogany case, front door with arched glazed panel, the interior with beat plaque, on a square base with bracket feet
Condition
dial in original good condition, movement in working order and able to function, a little dirty (might benefit from a clean), extremely well made pendulum in good condition, case in good original condition with minute shrinking cracks at the top of the glazed door and minor shrinking cracks at the sides of the top of the base (nothing serious), together with a weight, a winder, a doorkey and a pendulum
