Description

  • 42.5cm. high.
12.5-cm enamel dial with Arabic numerals and flower half hour marks signed à Paris, engraved gilt star hands, flat bottomed countwheel bell striking anchor movement with silk suspended pendulum, finely cast and chiseled ormolu case surmounted by Cupid on clouds hung with trailing garlands and supported by two dogs, oval marble base with a drape and flower basket mounts raised on gadrooned feet 

Condition

dail with a small chip at the left winding hole and a larger one on the right, hands in good condition, dial feet broken, dial now fixed with clamps, movement in working order and in good condition, bell hammer lacking (small repair), case in good condition, recently cleaned with the gilding in good condition only the pearl rim with some rubbing to the gilding, one rim loose but with the clock and one mount on the right side lacking, small repair at the back of the base to the marble, together with a pendulum
