Condition

In overall good condition with the inevitable dents, marks and scratches to the surface, one larger scratch to the top ( ca. 7cm.).

Catalogue Note

Willy Rizzo made his name as a photographer in the Sixties among Hollywood and fashion circles, shooting iconic portraits of celebrities like Marilyn Monroe, Fred Astaire, Audrey Hepburn, Coco Chanel or Yves Saint-Laurent. During the Seventies, he designed several pieces of abstract modernist furniture, before giving up and returning to his photographic roots in the Eighties.
