carved ivory with details in silver and blue, the bronze cold painted in shades of gold, silver and purple on mottled black marble base
Condition
The ivory with age cracks caused by the nerve of the tooth: one starting at the top of the head running down through the hair over the left cheek over the left shoulder (ca. 5,5 cm long) another one starting at the top of the head running down over the back of the head and the neck over the right shoulder, (ca. 6 cm long) a third one starting underneath the right shoulder running down to the edge of the shawl. (ca. 3,5n cm long) The cold paint probably retouched.
