Description

  • base inscribed Joe Descomps
  • 61cm high including base.
cold painted bronze and carved ivory with details in gold on a mottled green marble base 

Condition

Age cracks to the ivory; one over the stomach running down from the left rib to the skirt (circa 7 cm long), one to the back running down the from the bra down to the skirt (ca. 5 cm long), 3 very small cracks in the hair to the left side (longest ca. 8 mm), one in the right index finger (ca. 1 cm long). The gold patina of the bronze probably partly retouched. The marble base with a few chips and damages.
