Description

  • the paintings signed G. Poitevin, stamped to the undersides in red within crowned wreath Chateau des Tuileries, crowned green PL and light blue Sèvres 1840
  • 55 and 35cm. high.
comprising two amphora-shaped vases and covers and a coupe and cover, each painted with oval medallions depicting an elegant couple and a landscape, each fitted with gilt-bronze mounts

Condition

In overall good condition with some very minor losses to the the gilding, very minor scratching to the glaze, minor rubbing and stains to the gilt-bronze parts.
