Description

  • 221cm. high, 230cm. wide, 95cm. deep.
the moulded cornice centred by large cresting, above a bulbous frieze flanked and divided by carved lion's heads, above a pair of raised panelled doors decorated with flower garlands and ripple mouldings, flanked by columns and divided by a pilaster, the raised panelled sides with columns, above one drawer, ball feet

Condition

The top needs to be re-adjusted, minor losses to the mouldings and veneer, small restorations to veneer, front three capitals and two doors with vertical splits due to shrinkage, the side panels with shrinkage splits, top right side with detached moulding part, but still there, lower left corner with chip missing from moulding, in reasonbly good condition and nice dark patina, the cabinet would benefit from restoration. The cabinet is offered together with a small box including moulding and veneer parts.
