Description
- 56.5cm. high.
modelled as Apollo and Diana, each holding a stem issuing three scroll arms topped by nozzles chisseled with hunting scenes and by dog's heads, surmounted by a central lyre, on high circular ornamented socles and square plinths
Condition
With the inevitable minor dents, marks and scratches due to age, some minor staining, left arm of Diana a slightly loose in the joint, the Apollo figure a bit loose on his socle, minor warping to the scrolled arms, one arm with small restoration, two nozzles possibly of later date.
