comprising a large vase, decorated in various coloured enamels and gilt with ho-o birds above peonies between lappets of chrysanthemums and geometric designs, together with two other vases, and a bowl with flowers and foliage

Condition

The large vase: In overall good condition with some minor losses to the gilding and enamels, gilding in some parts possibly refreshed. Vase to the left: In overall good condition with some minor losses to the gilding and enamels. Vase to the right: In overall good condition with some minor losses to the gilding and enamels, overpainted restorations to upper rim, small firing cracks to the footrim. The bowl: In overall good condition with minor wear to the gilding.
