the top of triple plank form, the six columnar turned legs on square feet with peripheral stretchers, the top planks with dividing cuts

Attractive size with six leg format and generally consistent colour throughout. The top with a lot of patina and including black marks, indents, filler and patching. The top with typical separations and partial splits to the boards. The boards now partially cut. The underside of the top with a later bearer and indications of former batons to secure the separations of the top. One frieze rail has old fragmenting and is loose at the join to the central leg. The square sections to the top of the legs have partial splits and fragmenting. One central leg with repair on this site. Some typical chipping to turned leg details and some of the legs with partial splits. Stretchers partially replaced. One long side with repairs to two of the square feet adjoining the stretcher and visible in the catalogue image. Note glossary of terms on page 279 in relation to the cataloguing to this log and the ommission of a date.
