probably the story of Agamemmnon, the King dividing spoils of war, family on the right with a chest of jewels, soldiers dividing gold in the distance, within elaborate trelliswork border incorporating allegorical figures interspersed with putti and flower filled vases, weaver's mark on right side selvage (folded in).

Condition

Fine quality weave. Dry and fading. Some moth damage. Splits and open warps. Some restoration throughout. Lined. The colors in reality are overall slightly less pink than the catalogue illustration.
