- ELEGANT GATHER IN SPRING GARDEN
- ink and colour on silk, handscroll
signed SHEN LUO, and with two seals of the artist. Titleslip by famous painter He Tianjian (1890-1977), frontispiece by Qian Yong (1759-1844), annotations by eighteen of the artist's contemporaries including Cheng Tinglu (1796-1858) and Jiang Baoling (1781-1841), and each with one to three seals
Condition
- In good condition.
- A stain can be found in the left section of the painting, as seen in the illustration.
- The scroll is in fair and stable condition for its age.
