Description

rising from a flared foot the ovoid body of oval section set with a tall columnar neck, with four writhing three-clawed dragons in pursuit of flaming pearls carved in high-relief clambering around the vase, their scales finely rendered, the body of the vase delineated by raised filets around the neck and foot, the base carved with a four-character reign mark, the stone of bright translucent apple green tone resembling jadeite, flecked with characteristic black specks

Condition

Apart from a minute 1 mm bruise to one of the tips of the scale of one the dragons, the overall condition is very good.
