each modeled in the round of a boy atop an ox or water buffalo under the canopy of a tall pine tree, one of honey-brown color, the pine tree rendered in an openwork style, the cow's eyes picked out in black, 18th century; the other of dark-brown color and deep patina, set against a cliff with a smaller tree by its side, 19th century; together with a small study of a turtle and crane underneath a paulownia tree, of dark-brown color, 19th century (3)
