Description
carved in the round with the dimpled Hehe Twins crouched to the ground and jointly trapping a bat in a large woven basket, each with detailed smiling expression, their hair in topknots, the robes loosely rendered with peach branches tied to the belts, of dark-brown color and deep patina
Condition
The carving has a nice patina. The chest of the large boy and left arm of smaller boy have small restuck areas. One tiny insect bore to the base.
