Description

the first of brown lacquer with detachable nose and bear fur moustache, fitted with four-plate lacquer yodarekake (throat protector); the black lacquer Nara mempo with a short moustache, fitted with a three-plate ita-yodarekake (throat protector)

Condition

Left mask - some crackles on the lacquer to the nose area and some beard losses, otherwise good, right - there are some scratches to lacquer especially on gold (please see catalogue illustration) and some slight hair loss to the chin.
