Description
of U-shape with a slightly flared lip, applied overall in an even pale-green glaze, featuring five iron-red roundels of phoenix on the exterior and one in the interior well, the recessed base glazed white with an underglaze-blue mark
Condition
In overall good condition. The mouth rim has some small bumpiness, perhaps from uneven finish to the glaze. There are two minor areas of kiln fault in the interior, making the glaze appear scratched. One small restored section of the foot rim, approximately 1/4 inch long.
