Description

of hu-form with swelling shoulder, slightly waisted neck and short vertical lip, the high base with a slightly spreading foot, raised molded bands above the foot and shoulder, molded twin lion-head and ring handles at the shoulder, all covered with an even sage-green glaze thinning to brown and pale brown at the extremities, wood stand (2)

Condition

underside drilled with associated small flake, tiny glaze flake to edge of lip, minor abrasions at extremities, a couple of tiny glaze pits, one with iron brown line descending from it
