Description

of slightly rounded circular form raised on three short cabriole legs, brightly decorated around the exterior with a broad band of undulating leafy lotus scroll reserved on a turquoise ground, all below a narrow floral band at the rim

Provenance

From a private European collection acquired in the 1980's.

Condition

There is an area of repair to the side (4.5cm diam) to one of the white lotus flowers. There is an area (4cm by 3cm) of repair above and to the upper section of the other white lotus flower. There is also a small area of repair (2cm diam) below one of the yellow lotus flowers.
