This rare elephant is in very good overall condition with the exception of an 8x8mm., flake to the bottom edge of the front hoof, a 5mm., diam., glaze flake to the back leg, a 17.8cm., long glaze line running along the side of the body, minute frits to the moulding and edges of the saddle cloth, an 8mm glaze flake to the tip of the right tusk, some minor firing imperfections, light glaze crazing and light glaze scratches.
