Description

the body of pear shape, rising from a tall spreading foot to an everted rim, moulded around the exterior with a palmette scroll band and covered overall in a pale ice-blue glaze, 20.5cm., 8in; together with a 'Yue' model of a granary and cover, and a small 'Qingbai' model of a granary and cover

Condition

bottle vase: In good overall condition with craquelure on the mouth and around the molded section of the body. Two short glaze cracks along the lappets on the shoulder, the longest 2 cm. large model of a granary: In good condition, suffused with craquelure, expected small chips on the foot. small model of a granary: Glaze degradation on the granary and cover, the latter with glaze chips along the rim. A hairline crack on the body approximately 4 cm.
