The ewer is in good condition, but has numerous scratches to the upper surface and the sides. There is a minor glaze chip to the spout. There are eight areas of glaze inconsistency (pulls) to the body and an iron spot to the shoulder. The altar vase is in good condition, but has numerous glaze cracks.
