Description
the compressed globular body rising from a flat base to a broad short neck the cover slightly domed, covered overall in a bluish-green glaze, 7cm., 2 3/4 in; together with a 'Qingbai' seal paste box and cover, and a 'Qingbai' cupstand

Condition
box and cover: Fair condition with small chips to the rim on the cover, the largest 1 cm; as well as some on the interior rim of the box and exterior rim 1.4 cm. The color is not as pale as the catalogue image suggests.
cupstand: Fair condition overall. Specks of kiln grit throughout. Some glaze cracks, the most significant on the rim a U shape 1.6 cm with an associated glaze crack 8 mm. The color is bluer than the catalogue image suggests.
jar and cover: The cover has two associated star cracks near the rim. In otherwise good condition. The jar has one long glaze crack running from the rim down to the foot, approximately 4 cm. Minor kiln grit, glaze pull and firing flaws to the interior. Otherwise good condition. The color is a deeper bluish-green than the catalogue image suggests.
