of conical shape rising from a short straight foot to an everted rim, moulded to the interior with a leafy peony scroll and covered overall in an olive-green glaze, 10.8cm., 4 2/8 in; together with a large green-glazed conical bowl, Jin Dynasty

Condition

peony bowl: In good overall condition with four small kiln grit specks on the interior well and a fifth on the side. A iron spot near the interior rim. Two iron spots on the exterior. Kiln grit collected inside the foot rim and the foot is a little wobbly. large bowl: In good condition, though the glaze has degraded near the foot. Minor surface abrasions to the glaze.
