Description

each of cylindrical form with broad carved rim and covered overall with an olive-green glaze, the one supported on five legs, the other on a pedestal base moulded in high relief with a lion

Condition

The lamps are in good overall condition with the exception of a 4cm., wide crescent-shaped repaired break at the rim (lion lamp), some minor firing imperfections including glaze imperfections and light glaze scratches.
