Description
the pear-shaped body rising from a short spreading foot and covered overall in a black glaze falling short of the foot to reveal the light grey body

Condition
This jar is in good condition. There is general pitting to the glaze of the exterior and some pin holes to the glaze to the exterior. There is a minor glaze flaw (7mm by 2mm) to the exterior below the rim, where the body is exposed. There is a minor firing crack to the foot.
