The jar is in good overall condition, with the shape of the mouth rim slightly irregular. The cover has been restored after it was broken in two pieces, the break lines visible on the underside where there is a tiny associated chip, and is also visible to the eye on the exterior. The catalogue image exhibits an enhanced orange-russet color to the body, which should be slightly darker.
